Which wrestler do you feel was never given the proper chance to show their full potential for whatever reason?
I have always been a firm believer that Muhammad Hassan would have been a great asset to WWE had it not been for UPN pitching a bitch and making sure his career never flourished.

Both are prime examples. UPN were little bitches. I can't believe WWE caved. It's not even like the wound up staying with them in the end.
Imagine where he'd be today.
Chris Kanyon will always be one of those incredibly underrated guys who no one ever took seriously. But he was amazing.
Truly the "Innovator of Offense".
My contribution to this topic is Sean O'Haire. O'Haire was a rare perfect package that had the look, size and unbelievable athletic talent.
I'd have pushed him to the moon.

Another guy that I wish was still with us is Larry Sweeney, I had the privilege of seeing him at ROH shows a few times and he was golden.

The Muhammed Hassan thing with UPN was totally understandable, it was more WWE's fault for completely fucking everything up, with a bit of bad luck thrown in too.
Why the hell Hassan was running around with terrorists after spending months talking about how he felt victimised and been treated like one was ridiculous. But the angle wouldn't have been as bad had it not aired the same day as the London bombings.
UPN had every right to get involved. Airing an angle like that on that particular day would have been a PR disaster.

I remember watching the Hassan promo where he calls out some article saying he was with masked Arabs. He said 'if they're masked, how do you know that they're Arabs?'. He was awesome, that line alone made me love him.

I was taught to respect the dead, it's something that all of my family does. Saying R.I.P. is a given to anyone who's died. . Obviously I don't condone what he did. Wrestling and mentally stability don't go well together.

The people who have mentioned Muhammad Hassan have made me smile.
This guy was AWESOME but they brought him around the worst possible time....he was nothing more than another Iron Shiek type character but, because people were so sensitive to the terrorist attacks, it just killed the whole thing, which is sad, because he had loads of potential (watch his pre-WWE matches and you will see how great he was as well, both in the ring and on the mic).
They could only bring him back if they give him a new gimmick entirely. The world has gone super pussy since the older wrestling days so they could NEVER get away with bringing another character like his back. It would send fans in to super offended mode because stupid people fail to understand that this is just entertainment.

Blitzkreig from WCW was a huge waste. The man was awesome in the ring and was never used properly in WCW. The man would have made a great Cruiserweight Champion but was jobbing in the Undercards. He had some great matches with juventud, Pyscosis, Eddie, and Rey.

Your point being? Owen Hart broke Steve Austin's neck, does that make him a bad wrestler? That promo I posted and nearly all of Taz's old promos beat anyone else's who were on television. For whatever reason, they brought him in and could have made him huge, but instead they wasted him until he got injured and had to settle for commentary.
